When we talked about France, the first thing that jumped into our head was a country that has a rich cultural heritage and beautiful natural landscape. Is that all? Since 2004, ILCI-FLE Institute has offered French courses for students coming from all over the world. As a results, we are now internationaly reknown. From A1 to C1, we are here with you whenever you need me. Our campus is located in the heart of Paris. It provides you not only French courses, but also an opportunity to live in your dream French style.

Our goal is to promote your language skills through a new teaching model based on general French teaching and a combination of salons, cultural outing ,interactive and personalized courses. Above all, all teaching processes are carried out in a completely immersive environment to create a better learning place.

About us

Location ?

Our FLE centre is located in the 13th arrondissement in central Paris and shared with our Management School partner,  2-minute walk from the Maison Blanche station on Metro 7 (shortly Métro 14). Let’s say, you will explore the whole Paris life: restaurants, cafes and parks. In addition, don’t forget that we will also provide you with a modern-equipment classroom, a pleasant spot  to do study and a cozy place to chill  with free Wi-Fi and coffee machine.

Who with ?

Our French teachers are all native French and professionally certified practitioners,who can provide you with the essence of each language. The teachers of our  program are mostly from Sorbonne, Alliance Francaise and other famous institutes. Most of them have been with us since this fle center started, Each of them is a passionate person with extensive experience in international education. In other words, they are always ready to help you make progress!

How ?

Our courses are centered on CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). After that, you can receive a certificate corresponding to your CEFRL level. In order to meet your expectations to the greatest extent, we provide you with a variety of courses options so that you can find what you need.

In addition to the teachers always helping you, we also provide audio and video resources, and we will also equip you with a small but superb practical manual to arm yourself. « EDITO » are far more than simple textbooks, it will be your best friend in class and after class. You can find content suitable for each level in any bookstore, if not, you can also find them on the Internet.

Cross Program

20hrs/week
e-learning platform + oral workshop

Enjoy an e-learning program on site in the school in our computer room.

This program is made for those students who wish to control their own learning progress, take grammar rules revisions or practice with exercices for a solid foundation builder, could profit from our school independent-developed language platform, the curriculum selection ups to students themselves, when it comes to the difficulty in learning, you can always ask questions to your teacher,  along with the afternoon oral training camp makes this program a great combination.

To apply this program you need at least a B1  level and being capable of doing autonomous exercices.

★ Elite Program

20hrs/week
traditional class + oral workshop

Grammar ,verbal in the morning , during afternoon is our oral training camp, our goal is to make a solid foundation for French study while not being afraid of opening your mouth to talk.

Suitable for the students willing to have higher academic achievement in France or willing to work in the French-speaking environment.

We also provide a 1v1 class once a month for the students who signed up for Elite Program. Missing out in few grammar points? Too shy to speak French infront of the whole class? Or even need help with your coming job interview. Just a kindly reminder, book your professor as soon as you can, cause you don’t want to miss the best seat! (Make sure you inform your study advisor at least 3 working days to plan this Rendez-Vous).

Super Program

30hrs/week
tradition class + oral workshop + e-learning platform supervized by a teacher

Combination of Cross & Elite program.

This program is suitable for students willing to make a breakthrough in a short-term, high-intensity all-aspect curriculum, make sure that you achieve the highest in the shortest time.

A combination of a variety of teaching methods, so that you can improve the level of French from all aspects not only listening ,reading,writing but also speaking in a local way.With the e-learning platform, your simulation examination assessment could achieve on-time feedback, combined with traditional teaching method to lay a solid foundation, also with the innovative interactive learning forms ,there is no doubt you’ll achieve no matter what you would like to be.

Arrival gift
When you enroll for 12 months, you will receive 1 course book and 1 activity book.

Suspension Fee

• Course suspension fee: 80€

• You want to put your learning on hold? Contact the reception desk at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your course. This way, you will not lose your paid study weeks and will be able to resume classes as soon as possible!

• Catching up on 4 subjects : 400€.

• You missed the end of term exam? You can make up between 1 and 4 tests (100€ each).

Refund

• A request for withdrawal/cancellation will automatically incur a deduction of 300 euros to cover administrative, accounting and banking costs.

• If the request is made during the 14-day reflection period, the School will refund the full amount of the course fees.

  By default, the enrolment certificate is issued once this cooling-off period has expired. At the express request of the student and subject to acceptance by the School, this period may be shortened. In this case, the student waives the cooling-off period. Once the reflection period has elapsed, it is no longer possible to request any refund unless there are compelling reasons for doing so, such as visa refusal, illness, childcare, expulsion, etc.

  Cancellation requests will be examined on a case-by-case basis by the establishment. In the majority of cases where the reason is accepted by the school, the course fees are fully reimbursed.

  For students who, at the time of enrolment, are not applying for a visa or for a renewal of their residence permit within 6 months, a request for cancellation without a compelling reason and with supporting documents may be accepted.

  In this case, the refund conditions are managed per session and follow the table below:
  Cancellation more than 60 days before the course start date: 75% reimbursed
  Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the course start date: 50% refund
  Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before the course start date: 25% refund
  Cancellation less than 14 days before the course start date: no refund

  All cancellation requests must be made by e-mail or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Only the date of confirmation of receipt of the request will be taken into consideration.

  If you need to apply for a one-year student visa, we strongly recommend that you opt for the intensive course of at least 9 months.

DALF | DELF | TCF ?

DELF and DALF are national diplomas. These tests will assess your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In addition, these certificates are valid for life and are recognized internationally.

DALF or DELF?
First of all, you must understand that DALF and DELF are the same exam, just with different levels.
Indeed, DELF from A1 to B2. However, there are several in form: for underage groups DELF junior, scholars and prim and DELF public and pro for adults and professional people.

DALF is suitable for C1 to C2 levels.

TCF
is an exam that allows you to pass various tests to determine your French level.

It consists of four tests: the first is the listening and reading comprehension, and secondly also includes language organizations and written expression. Therefore, you must complete the different tests above to achieve the goal of successfully passing this test (TCF). In addition, the test can be conducted as many times as necessary, with an interval of 30 days.

HOW TO ENROLL ?

Step 1. Prepare your documents

• Click on the "apply now" button and fill the registration form

• You will received an email with your id & password, log in and upload the following documents

• Upload a copy of your passport and/or visa page/or residential card (If you already have one). 

• Upload a Profile photo for your student id card

Step 2. Send the documents to our administrative department

By email, to fle@ilci.fr with the title « Application Request for French Study »
You will received a study contract. You can read it, sign it and return it to us by email.

Step 3. French level test

If you don’t have any level certificate, we strongly recommend you to take a 10 minutes French test with our teacher before you start your journey.

Step 4. Payment

You can pay by bank card, cheque, cash or through bank transfer. You will receive a receipt of your payment immediately after we were informed the payment is done.

Step 5. Get your Registration & certificate

After the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need to attend to your class in the best and enjoyable conditions.

For any certificate you may need, please send a request to fle@ilci.fr, you’ll usually receive it under 3 working days if all conditions are met.
