The Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) is a doctoral-level program based on the UK and US models, designed for professionals who have completed a Master's degree or MBA (Bac+5).

This 3-year program allows candidates to develop deep expertise in a chosen field through applied research and publications. Unlike a traditional PhD, which emphasizes theoretical contributions, the DBA focuses on real-world impact and the advancement of professional practices.

Recognition and Dual Degree Option

While the DBA is not a national diploma issued by the Ministry of Education and Research in France, it is a highly respected professional doctorate valued by companies, consulting firms, and international institutions.

For highly motivated candidates, ILCI offers the opportunity to pursue a dual degree, combining the DBA with a university PhD. This path is made possible through our academic partnerships and requires additional research work and commitment.

A Practice-Oriented Doctoral Path

Doctoral students define a research topic grounded in practical, field-based challenges, aiming to produce innovative solutions with direct applicability in the business world. Research is conducted independently, supported by:

TERMS OF ACCESS

• Admission is based on application and interview

• Come to the interview with the research topic you'd like to work on

• It is recommended: work experience in a company or any other organization

• Foreign candidate: French prerequisite level B2 minimum, no possibility of applying for a Visa

• Prerequisite : Master degree or Bac+5 acquired in France or abroad in the fields preferably in Management, Human and Social Sciences (Law, Economics, Sociology, Foreign Languages ​​...)
